India is Celebrating 75 years of Independence as Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav across the country. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research under Ministry of S&T, is organising a National Level Scientific Creativity Competition Jigyasa Vigyan Mahotsav 2022”.
SHOWCASE YOUR INTELLIGENCE AND CREATIVITY
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an important notice on the CSIR Innovation Award for School Children 2022. The competition aims to provide an opportunity for school children to exhibit their creative skills and also develop their scientific knowledge.
As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav, the Amrit Mahotsav Science Showcase: Road map to 2047 celebration is being conducted by the Ministry of Science & Technology. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) under the Ministry of S&T is organising a National Level Scientific Creativity Competition Jigyasa Vigyan Mahotsav 2022. Eligibility: School going students of class I to XII (Below 18 years of age on 1st January 2022) Areas of the competition: Energy, Health, Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change, Water Conservation, Disaster Mitigation, Agro-technology In this competition, school students can highlight their creativity in the above mentioned areas by: -Identifying issues/ knowledge gaps, Challenges faced, Create awareness, Identify solutions and Futuristic visions “Students are encouraged to exhibit their creativity in any of the topics in the themes and choose any one of the format of Comics/ Videos/ Info graphics/ Science Fiction/ Apps/ Animation to convey their ideas/ solutions,” CBSE notice read. Parameters for Evaluation The children will be evaluated for their creativity, innovative ideas, storytelling ability, message conveyed, overall aesthetics, out of box thinking; usability or applicability in case of apps/ videos/ animations. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who planning to appear for this scholarship examination they all have to meet the eligibility criteria to fill the application form.
- Applicants must be less than 18 years as on 01-01-2022 and must be enrolled in any Indian school.
- Candidates can make only one entry and proposals can be submitted by a student or by a group of students.
Creativity wins One Lakh Rupees: Creativity win Lakh. The central government is trying to uncover the creativity of the students and bring out new ideas and innovations. The Ministry of Science and Technology is working on an innovative program to address the problem of an Innovative Idea while addressing the problems of Daily Life. |
